Store it right
- Refrigerate after opening, cap tight.
- Homemade dairy or egg-based dressings are a few days only.
Signs it has gone off
- Separated layers that won't remix.
- Rancid or sour smell.
- Mould around the neck of the bottle.
Never taste food to test it — a small bite is enough to make you ill.
