Store it right
- Keep sealed and cold.
- Use a clean spoon each time — double-dipping seeds spoilage.
Signs it has gone off
- Any mold at all — discard the whole container.
- Watery separation with a sour smell.
- Pink or grey patches.
Never taste food to test it — a small bite is enough to make you ill.
